This is ProLot Packaging Inc o/a Cannabis CoPack’s (“CCP”) privacy policy.  This document explains CCP’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.  CCP abides by applicable privacy legislation.

The Information we collect

CCP collects information primarily by information actively provided by its customers. Examples include name, title, company name, address, telephone number, email address, and ordering information voluntarily provided by its website visitors, trade show visitors, or through various forms of business inquiries.

CCP also collects information about use of its website through cookies or other tracking tools.  Cookies are small data files that a web application stores on the user’s device for record-keeping or other administrative purposes.  If you are concerned about the use of cookies, you can enable a feature in your browser that will erase cookies, block all cookies, or warn you before cookies are stored or exchanged.  If you reject cookies, you may not have access to all features or functionality offered.

We collect location information, browser type, and IP address from website visits.

How we use this information

This information is used to provide our goods and services and requested information.

CCP may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

Who we share this information with

CCP does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.  CCP may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist CCP’s uses disclosed herein.

If we ever wish to use your personal information for uses outside of those required to provide you with our products and services, we will first obtain your explicit permission.  If you do grant such permission, you may revoke it at any time.


Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Accessing information
Individuals may review their personal information contained in CCP files by contacting the CCP privacy officer.  If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.


CCP may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website.  If such amendments affect how CCP uses or discloses personal information already held by CCP in a material way, CCP will obtain consent.

Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
